How a dispatch runs
From a single sensor reading to a closed repair ticket.
Every event runs through the same four stages. The agent stays on the case until the repair is signed off — then the event shows up in your weekly brief.

Detect
A signal crosses a threshold — flow on a dry line, a contact trip in away-mode, a forecast dip below your property’s freeze point.

Confirm
SecureVacant cross-references the second source (meter, second contact, interior temp) and asks for an on-demand video frame if there is any ambiguity.

Dispatch
A vetted local crew — plumber, HVAC technician, or response partner — is paged with the property address, access notes, and the reason. A remote shutoff is triggered if one is installed.

Track to closure
The repair is tracked to sign-off. The agent asks for a photo on completion, attaches it to the event record, and closes the loop with a brief note for you.
Outage resilience
The property doesn’t have Wi-Fi. The agent still does.
Vacant homes are the homes with the worst connectivity — frozen cable lines, seasonal power shutoffs, satellite links that drop in storms. SecureVacant runs on a low-power cellular gateway with solar backup, so the watch continues when the local utility does not.
